All Sherwood Forest homeowners are encouraged to attend our Annual Meeting and participate in the election of the 2027 Board of Directors.

💰 2027 Budget Proposal: The proposed budget will be presented for homeowner review and a vote will be held.

📋 The annual meeting packet, including the proposed budget, sample ballot, and proxy form, will be distributed to homeowners ahead of the meeting and made available on the HOA website.
